Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a move and a furniture delivery?
A move is for emptying a home: you pay by size, from a studio to 3 bedrooms, and it includes the van, the movers, protection for your furniture, loading, transport and unloading up to 50 km. A furniture delivery is for when you only need to move a few pieces of furniture or some boxes. If you're not sure which one you need, message us and we'll tell you which works out better.
Can I combine my move with storage?
Yes. If we store some or all of your things, your move is 15% cheaper. You choose it when you get your price, in the delivery step. Storage is paid separately, every 4 weeks, and we send you its price on WhatsApp before the move.
I'm a student. Which service is mine?
It depends on when you're moving. If you leave Madrid for the summer and come back afterwards, you want LetsBoxIt Students: we pick up your boxes from your room, store them and bring them back when you return, and you pay per box. If you change flats during the academic year, that's a move: if you're only taking what's in your room, it starts at €349.
