If the furniture can't go by courier, someone has to fetch it
Since 6 October 2026, Wallapop no longer ships bulky items. According to its help centre, these are generally parcels over 30 kg or whose combined measurements exceed 210 cm: sofas, bed bases, wardrobes, dining tables, mattresses, washing machines and fridges, among others. For those items, the only way to buy and sell is collection in person.
Vinted's help centre explains that an item that goes over the size or weight limits of its shipping options can't be listed for sale.
So when what you've bought won't fit in a box, someone has to go and get it. That's where we come in: we go to the seller's home, load it and drop it off at yours.
LetsBoxIt has no connection with Wallapop or Vinted: we only do the transport.

Before you pay the seller, check this
Five minutes of questions saves you a sofa that won't fit through the door.
The real measurements.Ask for height, width and depth, not just “it's a three-seater”. And measure your front door, the hallway and the turns in the stairs yourself.
That it fits in your lift.Measure the inside of the lift and the door when open. If it doesn't fit, it'll have to go up the stairs: tell us when you book.
Its condition, in recent photos.In good light and close up: upholstery, legs, drawers and corners. If it's an appliance, ask for a video of it working.
Whether it comes dismantled.Ask if all the screws and parts are there, and whether there are instructions. Assembling it at your home costs €40.
Payment, between the two of you.We don't act as a go-between: you pay the seller for the furniture, however you agree. You only pay us for the move.

From their home to yours, in three steps
- Agree the day with the seller
Settle on a day and a time window when they'll be at home. We collect every day, from 8:00 to 22:00.
- Message us with the listing
Send us the listing or a photo on WhatsApp, the measurements, the seller's address and yours, and whether there's a lift. We confirm the fixed price and the time.
- You pay for the move and we bring it
When we confirm, with a secure payment link (card or phone). On the day, we collect it, wrap it in blankets and drop it off at your home.

Questions from second-hand buyers
Do I have to go to the seller's home?
No. The seller just needs to be at home at the agreed time. For the delivery, someone does need to be at your home: you or whoever you choose.
Do you pay the seller?
No. We don't handle payments between you: you pay the seller for the furniture, however you've agreed, and you only pay us for the move.
What if the seller doesn't turn up?
We wait 15 minutes, which are included. If after that there's nobody to hand us the furniture, the trip is charged: €30. That's why it's worth confirming the time with the seller the day before.
Does Wallapop still ship furniture?
No. According to its help centre, since 6 October 2026 bulky items can no longer be shipped and can only be bought and sold with collection in person.
Are you connected to Wallapop or Vinted?
No. We're a Madrid moving company and we only do the transport. The purchase is between you and the seller.
