We count the kilometres by road between the two homes, one way only: you don't pay separately for the van's return journey. When you get your price, the website works out the distance from your two addresses and shows it in your quote before you book. If something doesn't add up for you, message us before you pay anything.
The extras are the same as for any move: floors with no lift at each home, furniture to take apart from the third piece and packing from 15 boxes. You'll find them, with their prices, in the rates for moving in Madrid.

What happens on a long trip
The questions everyone has when the new home is hundreds of kilometres away.
The days and the night awayUp to 400 km, the rate has no night away. If it's further, the team sleeps away from home, which is why €190 is added. We confirm on WhatsApp before the move what time we load and when we unload, so you can sort out the keys for both homes.
You don't pay for the trafficA tailback on the motorway, roadworks or an unload that takes longer: the price stays the same. We don't charge overtime.
Everything protected for the roadYour furniture leaves the house wrapped in blankets and film, and if it rains while we load or unload, we cover it with waterproof blankets.
If your new home isn't ready yetWe store some or all of it in our Madrid warehouse and bring it over whenever you say. If you store with us, your move is 15% cheaper; storage is paid separately, every 4 weeks.

Frequently asked questions
How are the kilometres counted?
By road and one way only, between the home you're leaving and the new one. The first 50 km are included; from km 50 to 400 you pay €1.95 per km and from km 400, €1. The van's return journey isn't charged separately.
Can you do it the other way round, from another city to Madrid?
Yes, with the same rate: your home size plus the kilometres between the two homes. If you're arriving in Madrid and your new home isn't ready yet, we can also store your things here until it is.
Can I book a move to another city online?
Yes. In the calculator you enter both addresses, the website works out the kilometres and adds them to your quote. You book just like a move within Madrid: with a €50 deposit and the rest on moving day.
What if I'm moving somewhere close, like Toledo, Guadalajara or Segovia?
It works the same way, just with only a few extra kilometres. If your new home is 70 km away, for example, 20 km × €1.95 = €39 is added to your home size. No night away, which is only charged from 400 km.
