How much a move in Madrid costs
One price per home size. The size is set by the volume of what you're taking, not by the square metres of the flat: if you're leaving a shared flat and only taking what's in your room, you don't pay for a whole flat.

If on moving day there's more furniture or more boxes than you ticked, they're charged using this same table. And if the volume goes over your size, the proportional part up to the next one. We always tell you before we load.

How it works, in 3 steps
No visit beforehand and no waiting for someone to call you.
- You make your list and see the price
In the calculator you choose your home, the floors and what you're taking. The quote adds up as you fill it in.
- You book the day and time with €50
You pay the deposit by card, through Stripe, and choose what time we start, between 8:00 and 22:00. If you cancel 48 h or more in advance, we refund it.
- We do the move
We protect, load, transport, unload and reassemble whatever we took apart. You pay the rest on the day, by card or with your phone.
How we look after your things
A move done well shows in the details: in how the sofa goes out of the door and how it comes into the new home.
Blankets and film on every pieceBefore anything leaves the house, we wrap sofas, mattresses and furniture to protect them from knocks on stairs, in lifts and in the van.
If it rains, we carry onWe cover everything with waterproof blankets between the front door and the van. No need to change the day.
Taking apart and reassembling, carefullyBeds, wardrobes, tables and shelving units are taken apart with care, and we leave them put back together in your new home.
Not one person too many or too few2 people up to 1 bedroom and 3 for 2 or 3 bedrooms: just right to finish as soon as possible so you don't lose your day.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know what size my move is?
It's set by the volume of what you're taking, not by the square metres or the number of rooms of the home you're leaving. In the calculator you tick your furniture and your boxes, and the quote tells you the size: studio up to 10 m³, 1 bedroom up to 18 m³, 2 bedrooms up to 27 m³ and 3 bedrooms up to 40 m³.
How many hours does the move take?
We don't promise a number of hours, because it depends on each home: the floor, the lift, the furniture that needs taking apart. What we do guarantee is that if it takes longer, you don't pay more, because we don't charge overtime.
Do you need to come and see the home first?
No. With the list of what you're taking we know which team and which van we need, so we can give you a fixed price without a visit. If you're unsure about a piece of furniture, send us a photo on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost to take furniture apart and put it back together?
The first 2 pieces are free (beds, wardrobes, tables and shelving units count). From the third, you pay per piece: €50 if there are 3 in total, €45 if there are 4 to 6 and €40 if there are 7 or more. A wardrobe with more than 2 doors counts as 2.
Do you cover the towns around Madrid?
Yes. The price includes up to 50 km between the two homes, so a move from Madrid to Getafe, Pozuelo, Las Rozas or Alcalá de Henares, for example, usually falls within it. If you go over 50 km, the calculator adds the extra kilometres to your quote.
