What we need to know to give you a price
The more specific you are, the more accurate the price. This is enough to get started.
Where from and where toThe city and postcode of both homes. If you already have the addresses, even better.
What you're takingA list of furniture and how many boxes, or a photo of each room. If you know it, tell us the size: studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The datesWhich day we need to load and from which day you can receive things at the new home. If you have a few days' leeway, let us know.
Floors and liftAt both homes. And whether the van can stop near the front door.
Furniture to take apartBeds, wardrobes, tables and shelving units that need taking apart here and putting back together there.
Whether anything needs storing firstFor example, a few weeks in Madrid while you wait for the keys to your new home.
With that, we give you a fixed price. If anything changes before the move (more things, another date), we tell you before we load, never afterwards.
How we work out the price
The reference is the same rate we use within Spain: your home size (studio €349, 1 bedroom €449, 2 bedrooms €699 or 3 bedrooms €949, with 50 km included) plus the road distance between the two homes: €1.95 per km from km 50 to 400, €1 per km from km 400 and €190 for the team's night away if it's over 400 km.
A move to another country can have costs that this table doesn't cover, which is why it can't be booked online: we give you the fixed price on WhatsApp, with what it includes in writing. Once it's agreed, it doesn't change even if the move takes longer.

Better you know now than on moving day.
Customs and import paperworkWe don't handle them: neither customs nor import or export paperwork. If your move crosses a border with customs (for example, outside the European Union), those formalities are down to you or a customs agent.
Nothing we haven't confirmed firstIf your move needs something else (going by sea or by air, taking a vehicle, a specific delivery date), ask us before you book. We'll tell you clearly whether we do it or not.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle customs formalities?
No. We take care of the move itself: protecting, loading, transporting and unloading your things. Customs, import or export paperwork, if your move needs it, is handled by you or a customs agent.
Which countries do you move to?
Message us with the city you're leaving and the city you're going to, and we'll tell you whether we can do it and how much it costs. We'd rather confirm it case by case than promise you a country we then can't cover.
Can I work out the price in the website calculator?
No. The calculator is built for moves within Spain and only finds Spanish addresses. For another country we give you the price on WhatsApp, using the same rate as a reference.
Can you store my things until my new home is ready?
Yes, in our Madrid warehouse. Tell us when you ask for a price and we'll take it into account. Storage is paid separately, every 4 weeks.
