Frequently asked questions
Do you charge overtime if the move takes longer?
No, never. The price on the ticket is what you pay, however long the move takes. That's why we ask for your inventory: it tells us the team and the van we need.
What happens if I have more things on moving day than I ticked?
If there are more things on moving day than you ticked, the extra furniture and boxes are charged using this same table (which already gets cheaper the more you have), and if the volume goes over your size, we charge the proportional part up to the next size. We tell you before we load anything. If in doubt, tick it and send us photos: that way there are no surprises.
Can I cancel the move?
Yes. If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, we refund your €50 deposit. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit isn't refunded. To cancel or change the day, message us on WhatsApp.
Is the move insured?
Yes, insurance is included in the price, with no supplements. If you're taking something very valuable, such as a work of art or an instrument, tell us in the notes and we'll prepare it separately.
What are the photos for?
They're optional. If you upload photos of what you need to move at the start, the AI (Claude, by Anthropic) counts your furniture and fills in the list for you; you check it and change it if needed. If you book, José sees them with your booking. If you don't book, we don't keep them.They're optional. If you'd like us to see what your home is like, send them to us on WhatsApp after booking.
Do you do moves outside Madrid?
Yes. The price includes up to 50 km between the two homes. From km 50 we charge €1.95 per km up to km 400 and €1 per km after that; if it's more than 400 km, we add a night away for the team (€190). The distance is worked out automatically from the addresses.
How does the 15% discount for storing things work?
It's for when your new home isn't ready yet or not everything fits: building work, dates that don't line up, you're going away for a few months… We pick up whatever's needed, keep it in our monitored warehouse and bring it to you whenever you say. If we store part or all of it, your move is 15% cheaper (the discount doesn't apply to new boxes). You choose it in the delivery step. Storage is paid separately, every 4 weeks: we'll send you the price on WhatsApp before the move.
My home has 4 bedrooms or more. Can I book here?
Moves of more than 40 m³ (usually homes with 4 bedrooms or more) can't be booked on the website: we'd rather look at them with you. Message us on WhatsApp with what you're taking and we'll give you a fixed price.

- More than 40 m³. Homes with 4 bedrooms or more can't be booked on the website: we'll give you a fixed price on WhatsApp.
