Two typical cases

Case A: The summer between two courses (3–4 months, ~15–20 boxes)

This is the most common case: your contract at the residence or shared flat ends around 30 June, but your new academic year doesn't start until September. You message us your pickup date and address on WhatsApp, we collect the boxes from your room, store them over summer, and deliver them to your new address when you're back. With 15–20 boxes you'd land right around the 15+ tier at €28/box, and there's no minimum number of months to commit to.

Case B: The full Erasmus year (5–12 months, whole studio contents)

If you're only storing a handful of boxes for the whole year, our per-box pricing still works well. But if you're clearing out an entire studio, furniture included, paying per box for that volume stops making sense. In that case a self-storage unit sized to your belongings, or our full-flat move service, is usually the better option than door-to-door boxes.

How door-to-door pickup works

1. Message us on WhatsApp with pickup date + address (no forms).
2. Pay €20 to reserve (deducted from your total).
3. We bring the boxes and drop them off if you need them (or you can use your own).
4. Pickup day: we come to your residence / student flat, ID the boxes and load them.
5. Storage in our facility in Madrid — insured — for as long as you need.
6. Return: WhatsApp us your new address and delivery date; we bring them back.
