- Assemble the box and seal the bottom with two strips of tape in a cross.
- Heavy items at the bottom, and not too many. Books fill half a box; fill the rest with clothes.
- Fragile things go in the middle, wrapped in bubble wrap. Fill it to the top: a half-empty box gets crushed.
- Note down what's inside and close it with the numbered seal.

Is the €39 per month?
No. It's a single payment per box for the whole summer: we collect it on the day you choose between 17 May and 30 July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September, for that price. A storage unit is paid every month; here, just once.
How many boxes do I need?
Most people in residences use between 5 and 9. If you're not sure, the calculator estimates it from your items, and we always give you 2 or 3 extra boxes. The ones you don't use aren't charged.
When do I pay?
When you book: €20, deducted from the total (we refund it if you cancel up to 14 days before pickup). On pickup day: the rest, for the boxes we actually take, by card or phone on the spot. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link. We never charge anything without telling you first. When you're back: nothing.
Do I have to be there on pickup day?
Not always. If we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence, a flatmate or the concierge can hand it over. We also collect first thing in the morning or at night if you're leaving early. At a partner residence (Xior) you don't wait for anyone: we go in after you've left, with the residence's permission. If you're not there, we'll send you a link to pay the rest.
Can I book even if I don't know the exact date yet?
Yes. When you book you pick an approximate pickup date and delivery date; if they change, message us and we'll move them. Book at least a week before pickup. And if you end up not needing it, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before pickup.
What if I change residence or flat when I'm back?
We'll bring it to the new address in Madrid. Just tell us and that's it.
What if I'm not coming back to Madrid?
We'll ship it to another city or country. Also during the summer, if you need something earlier: tell us which boxes you want. We'll give you the price on WhatsApp.
Do I have to pack the boxes myself?
Yes, at your own pace and with our materials. If you'd rather not, we'll pack them for €49.
What if something gets broken or lost?
Every box has its own QR and numbered seal: we know where it is at all times and, if anyone opens it, you'll know. The warehouse is monitored by cameras 24 hours a day and insurance is included. If anything happens, you talk to us directly.
Leaving this summer? Book with €20.
