What's always included.
What you pay per box already covers all of this.
- The full kit: 96-litre boxes, tape, numbered seal and bubble wrap. We give you 2 or 3 extra boxes; the ones you don't use aren't charged. And you keep the boxes.
- A QR code on every box plus a numbered seal: every box is tracked, and if anyone opens it, you'll know.
- Pickup at your door in Madrid, on the day you choose between 17 May and 30 July.
- Storage all summer, in a warehouse with 24-hour video surveillance.
- Insurance included.
- Delivery back wherever you say, on the day you choose between 15 August and 30 September: you pick the date when you book and, if plans change, just message us and we'll move it. And if you've moved house, we'll bring everything to the new place.
- No paperwork: we message you on WhatsApp at every step. By booking, you accept the terms of service.

Extras
Extras, no surprises.
The only possible extra is if we deliver back to a different address from the pickup one and it's hard to access. You can see it here before you book.

Is the €39 per month?
No. It's a single payment per box for the whole summer: we pick it up on the day you choose between 17 May and 30 July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September, for that price. A storage unit is paid monthly; here, once.
Is the €20 an extra cost?
No. It's deducted from the total: if yours comes to €273, you pay €253 on pickup day.
What if I bring more or fewer boxes than I estimated?
You pay for the ones you actually bring, at the price of the tier you land in. Any left over aren't charged.
Do I have to pay anything when you bring it back?
No, nothing. We bring your boxes back and that's it. The only exception is the hard-access extra if we deliver to a different address from the pickup one: you can see it in the extras table before you book.
Are there any extra costs?
Only one possible: if we deliver back to a different address from the pickup one and it's hard to access (for example, a 4th floor with no lift). You can see it in the extras table before you book.
Can I pay myself, or can my parents pay?
Whichever you prefer. The rest is paid on pickup day, by card or phone on the spot. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link so you can pay from home. We never charge anything without telling you first.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel up to 14 days before pickup, it's free and we refund your €20.
How much is it if I don't want to pack the boxes myself?
€49. We pack them for you.
What if my residence stores it for free?
If they really do, you might not need us. It's usually only if you keep your place next year, and with no liability on their side if something gets damaged. With us it's insured, in a warehouse watched 24 hours a day, whether or not you keep your place.
