From your room to your room.
Seven steps. Pick your case and see what's on you and what's on us.
Door to door
Step 1
Book with €20
From your phone, in a minute. The €20 is deducted from the total, the date can be moved and you can cancel for free up to 14 days before pickup.

- You choose the pickup day and the delivery date, and pay the €20. You don't download anything.
- What we do
- We confirm your booking and message you on WhatsApp.
Step 2
We bring you the kit
The boxes you tell us (or 5 if you don't know) plus 2 or 3 extra, with tape, numbered seal and bubble wrap. We'll agree the day we bring it on WhatsApp.

- We bring the kit to your door. The boxes you don't use aren't charged.
Step 3
You pack the boxes
At your own pace, in your last week. It's the part that's on you, and with a few good tips it goes quickly.

- You fill the boxes and close them with the numbered seal. If you're storing anything valuable, tell us beforehand on WhatsApp.
- What we do
- Every box is identified with its own QR. Would you rather not pack them yourself? We'll do it for €49.
Step 4
We pick up at your door
In about an hour, everything's in the van. We can also come first thing in the morning or at night if you're leaving early.

- You open the door. Won't you be there? A flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, if we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence.
- What we do
- We come up to your room, carry the boxes and loose items down and take everything away.
Step 5
You pay the rest, that same day
At pickup, by card or phone, and only for the boxes and items we actually take. We never charge without telling you first.

- You pay on the spot. Not there, or your parents are paying? We'll send you a payment link.

- We count the boxes we collect and only charge for those.
Step 6
Your boxes, in the warehouse
All summer in our Madrid warehouse, with insurance included and 24/7 video surveillance.

- Nothing. Need something? Tell us on WhatsApp which boxes you want and we'll send them (we'll give you the price first).

- We store them in Madrid, each with its own QR and numbered seal.
Step 7
Back on the day you choose
We bring it back on the day you choose when booking, between 15 August and 30 September. Plans change? Message us and we'll move it. And if you've moved house, we'll bring it to the new place.

Book with €20

Pick up the kit at reception

Step 3
Pack your boxes at your own pace
No rush and no need to meet anyone. With a few good tips it goes quickly.

Head home
You don't need to meet anyone: with the residence's permission, we go in after you've left. We'll confirm on WhatsApp on pickup day.

You pay the rest, with a link
Since you're not there at pickup, that day we send you a payment link for what we actually take. We never charge without telling you first.

Step 6

How to pack a good box

- Assemble the box and seal the bottom with two strips of tape in a cross.
- Heavy items at the bottom and not too many: books fill half a box, the rest with clothes.
- Fragile things wrapped in bubble wrap, in the middle.
- Fill it to the top: a half-empty box gets crushed.
- Valuables are best in a separate box. And tell us beforehand on WhatsApp.
- Close it with the numbered seal. Don't open it again.
What we store
Boxes, and whatever doesn't fit in one.
If it goes in a box, it counts as a box. If not, it has its own fixed price.

Loose items
Chair, sofa, plant pot, mirror, chest of drawers, suitcases and mini fridge. Each with its own fixed price, from €17, listed under Prices.

There are some things we can't store. It's all in the terms of service.

When do you bring me the boxes?
After you book, we agree with you on WhatsApp which day we bring them. We bring the boxes you tell us (if you don't know, a minimum of 5) plus 2 or 3 extra; the ones you don't use aren't charged. At a Xior residence, you pick them up at reception as you need them.
Can I ask for more boxes?
Yes, at no cost until they're used: you only pay for the boxes you fill and we actually take. Ask for them on WhatsApp or, at a Xior residence, take them from reception.
Do I have to return the boxes?
No. The boxes are yours: when we bring your things back, you keep them.
Do I have to be there at pickup?
Normally you would be. If you can't, a flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, with some exceptions, as long as we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence. We also collect first thing in the morning or at night if you're leaving early. At a Xior residence there's no need to meet anyone: we go in with the residence's permission once you've left. If you're not there, you pay the rest with a link we send you.
How long does pickup take?
Around an hour for door-to-door. We come up to your room, carry the boxes and loose items down and take everything away.
Can I change the pickup date?
Yes: message us and we'll move it. And if you end up not needing it, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before pickup and we'll refund your €20.
When do I pay the rest?
On pickup day, and only for what we take: by card or phone, on the spot. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link. We never charge without telling you first. And on return, nothing.
Do I have to download an app?
No. You book on the website, with nothing to download, and choose the delivery date right there. Everything else we sort out on WhatsApp: we message you at every step.
Can I take something out during the summer?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp which boxes you want and we'll send them. We'll give you the price beforehand, also on WhatsApp.
When do you bring it back?
On the day you choose when booking, between 15 August and 30 September. If your plans change, message us and we'll change it. We message you on WhatsApp at every step. At a Xior residence you don't need to be there: your boxes are waiting in your room.
Can you bring it to a different address?
Yes. Tell us where you'll be living in Madrid and we'll bring it there. If you need it in another city or country, that's possible too: we'll give you the price on WhatsApp.
What if I want to leave something after September?
You can leave some boxes with us after 30 September (for example, winter clothes). From October you pay per month and per box: for example, €12 a month per box in the 5 to 9 boxes tier. The full rate is under Prices.
