What you have to do is small. We take care of the rest.

Book with €20
In a minute, from your phone. You choose your pick-up day and your delivery date. It comes off the total.

Pick up the kit at reception
As many boxes as you need, with tape, seal and bubble wrap. We give you 2 or 3 extra: the ones you don't use aren't charged.

Pack your boxes at your own pace
Scan the QR code on each box, note what's inside (or just "clothes") and close it with the numbered seal.

Head home
You don't have to meet anyone: with the residence's permission, we come in on the pick-up day you chose, even if you've already left.

Pay the rest on pick-up day
For the boxes we take. Since you don't need to be there, we send a payment link to you or your parents. We never charge without telling you first.

In the warehouse over the summer
In our Madrid warehouse, sealed and with their QR code. Any questions, we answer on WhatsApp.

On your return, in your room
On the delivery date you chose, between 15 August and 30 September, we leave them there. Changing residence or flat? We'll take it to the new one.
Every box has its QR code and numbered seal. Insurance included, and CCTV at our warehouse 24/7. Our team, students we hire and train ourselves, comes in with the residence's permission.
No paperwork: when you book, you accept the terms of service. Everything is in writing.

You pay for what you take.
One payment per box for the whole summer: we collect from 17 May to 30 July and bring it back from 15 August to 30 September. It's not a monthly fee: VAT, boxes, materials and pick-up included. Same price in partner residences and door to door.

Questions about Xior Campus UEM.
Do I have to be there when you collect?
No. With the residence's permission, we come in even if you've already left, on the pick-up day you choose when you book. You just leave the boxes closed and sealed in your room.
When do you collect?
On the day you choose when you book, between 17 May and 30 July. Book at least a week before. Until then, you pack at your own pace.
Where do I pick up the kit?
At the Xior Campus UEM reception, whenever you need it and as many boxes as you need: 96-litre boxes with their QR code, tape, numbered seal and bubble wrap. We give you 2 or 3 extra boxes; the ones you don't use aren't charged.
Do you come all the way to Villaviciosa de Odón?
Yes. Xior Campus UEM is part of the service: you pick up the kit at its reception and we collect from your room. If you have doubts about your date, message us on WhatsApp.
What if I change residence or flat when I'm back?
We bring it there: to another residence, a flat or another address in Madrid. You choose the delivery date when you book and, if your plans change, you message us on WhatsApp and we change it. The only possible extra is if the new address is hard to reach, and you see it before booking on the prices page.
How much does it cost?
From €45 to €33 per 96-litre box, depending on how many you have: €45 for 1 to 4 boxes, €39 for 5 to 9, €36 for 10 to 15 and €33 from 16. It's one payment for the whole summer, not monthly, with VAT, boxes, materials and pick-up included. Same price in partner residences and door to door.
How and when do I pay?
€20 when you book, taken off the total (refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before pick-up). The rest on pick-up day, for the boxes we actually take. If you've already left or your parents are paying, we send you a payment link; if you're there, you can pay by card or phone on the spot. We never charge without telling you first. On delivery, nothing.
I'm going back to my home country for the summer. Can you still store my things?
Yes. We collect it once you've left and, if you're not coming back to Madrid, we'll send it to another city or country: we'll give you a price on WhatsApp.
