How we work
Four steps. No paperwork for you.

Agreement and dates
We agree the dates with you and how to present it to your residents: a poster, a notice or a page of its own. Pickups run from 17 May to 30 July.

Kit at reception and notice to residents
We leave the kit at reception so they can take boxes as they need them, and we let them know.

Block pickup, with authorised access
We go in with your permission, once the residents have left, on the day and at the time you say.

Return before they're back
Each resident chooses their delivery date when booking, between 15 August and 30 September, and we leave their boxes in their room before they return.
