What usually makes a move in Retiro tricky
Big flats, families and lots to move. Here's how we handle it.
A big flat
For 2 and 3 bedrooms we send 3 people: 2 bedrooms, €699, and 3 bedrooms, €949, up to 40 m³. If you're taking more, we give you a fixed price on WhatsApp.
Several beds and wardrobes
We take them apart and leave them assembled. The first 2 pieces of furniture are free; from the third, €50, €45 or €40 per piece, depending on how many there are.
A building with a lift
Floors add nothing, neither at the home you're leaving nor at the new one. If either one has no lift, you see it on the ticket before you pay.
No boxes at home
We bring you new boxes: €3.08 each, with a minimum of 5 and delivery included. And if you'd rather we did the packing, it costs nothing for up to 15 boxes.

My building has a lift: do I pay anything for the floors?
No. With a lift, floors add nothing, neither at the home you're leaving nor at the new one. They're only charged without a lift: €50 per floor for the 1st and 2nd floors and €35 per floor from the 3rd, in each home.
How many people come for a 3-bedroom move?
Three. It's the right-sized team to finish as quickly as possible so you don't lose the day. A 3-bedroom move, up to 40 m³, costs €949 with VAT, insurance and up to 50 km included, with no overtime charges.
Can you bring the boxes?
Yes, if you order them: new boxes at €3.08 each, with a minimum of 5 and delivery included. And if you'd rather we did the packing, the labour is free for up to 15 boxes.
Which days is old furniture collected in my neighbourhood?
Twice a month, for free: Pacífico, the second and fourth Thursday; Adelfas, the second and fourth Wednesday; Estrella, the first and third Thursday; Ibiza, the second and fourth Tuesday; Los Jerónimos, the first and third Wednesday; and Niño Jesús, the first and third Tuesday. You leave it out that evening next to the nearest bin.
