How many boxes does someone in a residence usually need?
Most people in residences use between 5 and 9 boxes. Each box is 96 litres (60×40×40 cm).
What if I have too many or too few boxes?
We give you 2 or 3 extra boxes. The ones you don't use aren't charged: you only pay for the ones you fill.
When do I pay?
€20 when you book, deducted from the total (we refund it if you cancel up to 14 days before pickup). On pickup day, the rest, for the boxes we actually take, by card or phone; if you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link. On return, nothing.
I don't want to pack the boxes myself. Can you do it?
Yes. Packing done by us costs €49.
