What to know about Micampus Sinesio Delgado.
When the contract ends, the room is empty.
- Where it is: Calle Sinesio Delgado, 13 (Tetuán). According to its website, about 5 minutes' walk from the UCM and 14 from the URJC, with good public transport to the UAM Faculty of Medicine and about 16 minutes by car from the UPM.
- Why you have to empty it: the internal regulations published by Micampus Residencias state that, when your contract ends, you take all your belongings with you. It isn't a recommendation: it's a condition.
- When you leave: on the day set by your contract. Check it before booking.
- What we do: we coordinate with you to collect on that day and come up to your room.

Three months in a single room at that rate come to about €3,900. Storing 7 boxes with us costs €273 for the whole summer. Extending makes sense if you'll keep living there; if you just want somewhere for your boxes, compare.

Won't you be there that day? A flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, depending on the case, if we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence. And if you leave early, we can also come first thing in the morning or at night.

We collect from 17 May to 30 July and bring it back from 15 August to 30 September. It's not a monthly fee: VAT, boxes, packing materials and pickup included. And you keep the boxes.

Questions about Micampus Sinesio Delgado.
Do you collect inside Micampus Sinesio Delgado?
Yes. We come up to your bedroom door, load boxes and suitcases and take it all away.
Do I have to take all my things when the contract ends?
Yes. Micampus Residencias' internal regulations say so. The alternative they publish is extending your contract at the season's rates.
When do I have to move them out?
On the day set by your contract with Micampus. When you book, you choose that day for pick-up (we collect from 17 May to 30 July).
Doesn't Micampus store things over the summer?
It doesn't publish a storage service of its own. The route it publishes is extending your contract, from €1,116.19/month (double penthouse) to €1,531.52/month (penthouse single), 2026/27 rates.
Is the €39 per month?
No. It's a single payment per box for the whole summer (€39 is the per-box price for 5 to 9 boxes, the most common tier): we collect it between 17 May and 30 July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September. A storage unit is paid every month; here, just once.
Do I have to be there when you collect?
Normally you'd be there, but it's not compulsory: if we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence, a flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, depending on the case. And if you leave first thing in the morning or at night, we can do that too.
How and when do I pay?
€20 when you book, deducted from the total (we refund it if you cancel up to 14 days before pickup). The rest on pickup day, for the boxes we actually take: by card or phone, on the spot. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link. We never charge without telling you first. On delivery, nothing.
What if I change house or plans when I'm back?
We'll bring it to whatever new address in Madrid you give us: another residence, a hall of residence or a flat. You choose the delivery date when you book and, if your plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we'll change it. If you're not coming back to Madrid, we can also ship it to another city or country: we'll give you the price on WhatsApp.
