What to know about Livensa Alcobendas.
Check-out from 10:00 to 12:00.
- Where it is: Av. del Monte Valdelatas, 40 (28108 Alcobendas), near the UAM, the European University, Comillas and the University of Villanueva.
- When you leave: according to its FAQ, general check-out is between 10:00 and 12:00: not much time to leave the studio empty, with boxes, suitcases and everything from the year. Check your date in your contract.
- What we do: we coordinate with you to be at the door within that window. We come up to the studio, load up and you're off.
- Book early: in the weeks with the most departures, the time slots fill up. Book at least a week before pick-up.
If you're thinking of extending
Extending your contract, no price published.
According to its FAQ, Livensa Living lets you extend your contract over the summer, but it doesn't publish the price of that extension: you'd have to ask the residence. With us, 7 boxes cost €273 for the whole summer.

It takes a bit of effort, we won't pretend otherwise: heavy stuff at the bottom, and don't fill a whole box with books. We bring the kit to your door.

Between 15 August and 30 September, on the date you choose when booking. And if you've moved house, we'll bring it to the new place.
Won't you be there that day? A flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, depending on the case, if we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence. And if you leave early, we can also come first thing in the morning or at night.

We collect from 17 May to 30 July and bring it back from 15 August to 30 September. It's not a monthly fee: VAT, boxes, packing materials and pickup included. And you keep the boxes.

Questions about Livensa Alcobendas.
Do you collect inside Livensa Alcobendas?
Yes. We come up to the door of your studio, load boxes and suitcases and take everything. You don't bring anything down to reception.
When do I need to get my things out?
General check-out at Livensa Living is from 10:00 to 12:00, according to its FAQ. We coordinate with you to be at the door within that window.
Doesn't Livensa store things over the summer?
Its FAQ doesn't publish a storage service of its own. It does let you extend your contract by paying for the studio over the summer, with no published price.
I'm going back to my home country for the summer. Can you still store my things?
Yes. We collect it on check-out day and, after the summer, bring it to the Madrid address you give us, even if you're coming back to Livensa.
Is the €39 per month?
No. It's a single payment per box for the whole summer (€39 is the per-box price for 5 to 9 boxes, the most common tier): we collect it between 17 May and 30 July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September. A storage unit is paid every month; here, just once.
Do I have to be there when you collect?
Normally you'd be there, but it's not compulsory: if we arrange it beforehand with us and your residence, a flatmate or the concierge can hand it over, depending on the case. And if you leave first thing in the morning or at night, we can do that too.
How and when do I pay?
€20 when you book, deducted from the total (we refund it if you cancel up to 14 days before pickup). The rest on pickup day, for the boxes we actually take: by card or phone, on the spot. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we'll send you a payment link. We never charge without telling you first. On delivery, nothing.
What if I change house or plans when I'm back?
We'll bring it to whatever new address in Madrid you give us: another residence, a hall of residence or a flat. You choose the delivery date when you book and, if your plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we'll change it. If you're not coming back to Madrid, we can also ship it to another city or country: we'll give you the price on WhatsApp.
