How we look after your things
Everything protected.We wrap sofas, mattresses and furniture in blankets and film before carrying them out of your home.
Even when it rains.We cover everything with waterproof blankets from the entrance to the van. The move goes ahead.
Taken apart and put back together with care.Beds, wardrobes, tables and shelves, piece by piece, and we leave them assembled in your new home. The first 2 pieces are free.
Just the right team.2 people for a studio or 1 bedroom and 3 for 2 or 3 bedrooms, so it's done as fast as possible and you don't lose your day.
Insurance included.Your things are insured throughout the move, at no extra cost. If you're taking something very valuable, tell us and we'll prepare it separately.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge overtime if the move runs long?
No, never. The price on your ticket is what you pay, however long the move takes. That's why we ask for the inventory: with it we decide which team and van you need.
What if I have more things on moving day than I listed?
Extra furniture and boxes are charged using the same table (which already gets cheaper per item the more you have), and if the volume goes over your size, you pay the proportional part up to the next size. We tell you before loading anything.
Can I cancel the move?
Yes. If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, we refund the €50 deposit. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is not refunded.
Is the move insured?
Yes, insurance is included in the price, at no extra cost. If you're taking something very valuable, such as a work of art or an instrument, tell us and we'll prepare it separately.
Do you do moves outside Madrid?
Yes. The price includes up to 50 km between the two homes. From km 50 it's €1.95 per km up to km 400 and €1 per km after that; over 400 km, a night away for the team is added (€190).
Which days and what time do you do moves?
Every day, Sundays and holidays too. We start at the time you choose, between 8:00 and 22:00, and the price is the same any day and at any time.
