How much extra do you pay for urgency?
On the market, the urgency surcharge runs from 15 % to 30 % on top of the standard rate, and a flat extra of €50-150 can be added for nights, holidays or weekends. With us there's none of that: the price you see in the calculator is the price you pay. Always ask for the breakdown in writing before booking, whoever you go with.

It depends on a crew being free. On the market, same-day is only realistic for small deliveries if you call before noon; for a small or medium flat, the realistic lead time is 24-48 hours. On our website you book at least 48 hours ahead. For anything shorter, message us on WhatsApp: we'll tell you if there's a slot before you pay anything.
When is it worth paying for urgency?
When you don't choose the date. If you can wait 3-5 days, on the market you almost always save 15 % to 30 % by moving outside urgency. With a rate that has no surcharge, urgency stops costing you money, but it still needs a free crew.
- Immediate key handover or handing over the flat: the date isn't negotiable.
- Overlapping rental contract: if you lose deposit days by not moving in time, urgency pays for itself.

How do I get a quote without losing my afternoon?
Three steps: you send a photo or video of what you're taking on WhatsApp, the pick-up and drop-off addresses, and the time you want to start. That's enough for a fixed price, not a "from" estimate.
