Why check-out time is the date that matters

That's a tight two-hour window to leave the studio completely empty, which gets stressful once you factor in boxes, suitcases and everything else you've collected over the year.

We coordinate with you so our van is at the Livensa Alcobendas door within that window: we come up to your studio, load everything, and you're free to go without back-and-forth trips to the car park or a friend's car. Compare: extending your Livensa contract vs storing with us

Livensa Living Alcobendas offers the option to extend your contract over the summer if you'd rather keep your studio: per their official FAQ, "you can stay during the summer, in the case that your contract has expired, an extension can be made" (source: livensaliving.com/en/faqs/). They don't publish a price for that extension, so you'd need to check directly with the residence if that route interests you.

They also don't publish any guarantee that you'll get the same studio back the following year.
