How booking works

Three things people ask us every day. Read them before you book.

The 20€ isn't an extra cost

It's a deposit that's deducted from the total. If your total is 200€, on pickup day you pay 180€.

Change the date whenever you like

You set a rough date. You can always change it or cancel free of charge with 14 days' notice.

You pay the rest on pickup day

Not in September. When we come to your residence and see the actual boxes, that's when you settle up.

Insurance included

Your things are covered by insurance for the whole storage period. It's not an extra you have to take out separately.

Free cancellation with 14 days' notice. No fixed date, changeable at no cost.

Yes, at no cost. The date you set when booking is just a guide. As it gets closer, we'll message you on WhatsApp and adjust it to the day and time that works best for you. If you need to change it, just let us know.

On pickup day, when we arrive at your residence and see the actual boxes you're going to store. We don't charge you anything beforehand, nor do we wait until September. You pay for what you use, no more, no less.
No problem. You only pay for the boxes you use on pickup day. The estimate is a guide, not a commitment.
Free cancellation with 14 days' notice: we refund the full 20€. If you cancel with less notice, the 20€ is kept as compensation for the reserved spot.
