LetsBoxIt was born because a friend of ours had to move her whole life twice a year. We built it solving our own problem, and today we've turned it into a company that solves the problem for every student.
We're not a call centre or a franchise. When you message us on WhatsApp, you're talking to us. When there's something to sort out, we sort it out ourselves.

Digital contract before pickup
Before we ever turn up at the door, your child (and you too, if you wish) signs a digital contract with all the terms, the inventory and the rates. No surprises on moving day.
Basic insurance included
Basic cover on the declared value of the boxes during pickup, storage and delivery. For special items, we offer extended cover on request.
We talk to you if you want
Some parents prefer to coordinate it directly themselves. No problem: just give us your WhatsApp on the form and we'll keep you posted at every step. Or not at all, if your child prefers to handle it solo.
Inventory and tracking
We number every box with a unique code at pickup. You can ask for the status of the inventory at any time over the summer. If anything is missing, we know exactly where it was.
Refundable booking up to 14 days before pickup
If your child's plans change (an Erasmus that falls through, an internship that comes up, whatever it is), with 14 days' notice we refund the 20€ in full. No questions asked.

Confirmation
WhatsApp with a summary of the signed contract, the initial inventory and the confirmed pickup date.
Pickup done
Photo of the labelled boxes and the storage address. Confirmation that everything arrived safely.
Optional check-in
Photo of the shelf where the things are, in the storage facility. "All good here." Cost: 0€.
Delivery
We coordinate the date and time of the final delivery, a digital sign-off and the invoice.
