What's always included.
What you pay per box already covers all of this.
- The full kit: 96-litre boxes, tape, a numbered seal and bubble wrap. We give you 2 or 3 extra boxes; the ones you don't use aren't charged. And you keep the boxes.
- A QR code on every box and a numbered seal: every box is tracked and, if someone opens it, you'll know.
- Pick-up at your door, in Madrid, on the day you choose between 17 May and 30 July.
- Storage all summer, in a storage space with 24/7 CCTV.
- Insurance included.
- Return wherever you say, on the day you choose between 15 August and 30 September: you pick the date when you book and, if it changes, you message us and we move it. And if you move, we'll take it to the new place.
- No paperwork: we keep you posted on WhatsApp at every step. When you book you accept the terms of service.

Extras
Extras, with no surprises.
The only possible extra is if, when you're back, we take it to a different address from the pick-up and it's hard to reach. You'll see it here before you book.

Is the €39 per month?
No. It's one single payment per box for the whole summer: we collect it on the day you choose between 17 May and 30 July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September, all for that price. A storage unit is paid every month; here, once.
Is the €20 an extra cost?
No. It's taken off the total: if you owe €273, on pick-up day you pay €253.
What if I bring more or fewer boxes than I calculated?
You pay for the ones you actually bring, at the price band that applies. Any left over aren't charged.
Do I have to pay anything when you bring it back?
No, nothing. We bring your boxes back and that's it. The only exception is the extra for hard-to-reach addresses, if we take them to a different address from the pick-up: you'll see it in the extras table before you book.
Is there any extra cost?
Only one possible: if, when you're back, we take it to a different address from the pick-up and it's hard to reach (for example, a fourth floor with no lift). You'll see it in the extras table before you book.
Do I pay, or do my parents?
However you like. The rest is paid on pick-up day, by card or phone there and then. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we send a payment link so they can pay from home. We never charge anything without telling you first.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel up to 14 days before the pick-up, it's free and we refund your €20.
How much is it if I don't want to pack the boxes myself?
€49. We pack them.
What if my residence stores it for free?
If they really do, you may not need us. It's usually only if you keep your place the following year, and without the residence being responsible if something gets damaged. With us it's insured, in a storage space with 24/7 CCTV, whether you keep your place or not.
