Before you book.
How many boxes does someone in a residence usually need?
Most residence rooms need between 5 and 9 boxes. Each box is 96 litres (60×40×40 cm).
What if I have too many or too few boxes?
We give you 2 or 3 extra boxes. The ones you don't use aren't charged: you only pay for the ones you fill.
When do I pay?
€20 when you book, taken off the total (refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before the pick-up). On pick-up day, the rest, for the boxes we actually take, by card or phone; if you're not there or your parents are paying, we send a payment link. When we bring it back, nothing.
I don't want to pack the boxes myself. Can you do it?
Yes. Packing done by us costs €49.
