You follow it from your phone.
No apps, no passwords: on WhatsApp, directly with us.
- Updates at every step. We message your child before the kit, the pick-up and the return. And you can ask us anything, whenever you like.
- Paying from home. If you're paying, on the day of the pick-up we send you the payment link for the rest.
- The return, settled from the start. The delivery date is chosen when booking, between 15 August and 30 September. If plans change, a message to us is enough to change it.

If something goes wrong
What's covered.
No small print: this is how we look after their things.
- Insurance included. Their things are insured while they're with us, with no paperwork. If you're worried about a valuable item, tell us on WhatsApp first.
- 24/7 video surveillance. Our storage space in Madrid is watched day and night.
- Numbered seal and QR code. Every box is identified by its QR code and closed with a numbered seal: if someone opens it, you'll know.
- Our own team. Students hired and trained by us, not a subcontractor.
- No paperwork. The terms of service are published and accepted when you book. Read them first if you like.
- If anything happens, you talk directly to us. By WhatsApp or phone, no middlemen.

This example is 7 boxes of 96 litres (60×40×40 cm) at €39: €273 with VAT, with the packing material and pick-up included. Per box, for the whole summer: €45 (1–4), €39 (5–9), €36 (10–15) and €33 (more than 15). It's not a monthly fee.
We give 2 or 3 extra boxes and the ones that aren't used aren't charged. We never charge without telling you first. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the pick-up, with the €20 refunded.

What parents ask us most.
Who are we signing with?
With LetsBoxIt, a project of Asociación Junior Empresa KAN. The full details are in the legal notice.
When do we pay?
€20 when you book, taken off the total (refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before the pick-up). The rest on the day of the pick-up, and only for what we actually take: by card or phone, there and then. If your child isn't there or you'd rather pay it yourselves, we send you a payment link. We never charge without telling you first, and nothing is paid when it comes back.
Is the €39 per month?
No. It's one single price per box for the whole summer, with VAT, packing material and pick-up included: we collect it between May and July and bring it back between 15 August and 30 September, on the day they choose when booking. A storage unit is paid every month; here, once.
Is it insured?
Yes. Insurance is included in the price, with no paperwork: the terms of service are published and accepted when you book. On top of that, every box is closed with a numbered seal and our storage space has 24/7 video surveillance. If you're worried about a specific or valuable item, ask us on WhatsApp first.
Who will collect their things?
Our own seasonal team: students hired and trained by us, not a subcontractor. And in Xior residences (we're Xior's official partner in Madrid), we come in with the residence's permission.
Can we follow it ourselves?
Yes. You can message us on WhatsApp whenever you like and we'll tell you how it's going: when we collect, that it's in storage and when we bring it back. We message your child at every step.
When do you bring it back?
On the day they choose when booking, between 15 August and 30 September. If plans change, just message us to change it.
What if they move to a different residence or flat when they come back?
We bring it to the new address in Madrid. Just tell us.
What if they're not coming back to Madrid?
We send it wherever they are, to another city or another country: they tell us on WhatsApp which boxes they want and we quote you the price first.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Free up to 14 days before the pick-up, with the €20 refunded. And if the date changes, we move it.
How long does the pick-up take?
Around an hour if we go to the door of their room. If they won't be there, we can collect without them, as long as it's agreed beforehand with us and their residence; the rest is then paid with a link.
Can we handle it ourselves instead of our child?
Yes. You can book and talk to us directly. We look after you on WhatsApp just as we do them.
