From your room to your room.
Seven steps. Pick your case and see what's up to you and what's up to us.
Door to door
Step 1
You book with €20
From your phone, in a minute. The €20 is taken off the total, the date can be moved and you can cancel for free up to 14 days before the pick-up.

- Choose your pick-up day and your delivery date, and pay the €20. You download nothing.

- We confirm your booking and message you on WhatsApp.
Step 2
We bring you the kit
The number of boxes you tell us (or 5 if you don't know) plus 2 or 3 extra, with tape, a numbered seal and bubble wrap. We agree the day we bring it on WhatsApp.

Step 3
You pack the boxes
At your own pace, in your last week. It's the part that's up to you, and with a few good tips it goes quickly.

- Fill the boxes and close them with the numbered seal. If you're storing something valuable, tell us on WhatsApp first.
- What we do
- Each box is identified by its QR code. Would you rather not pack? We'll do it for €49.
Step 4
We collect at your door
In about an hour, everything is in the van. Also early in the morning or at night, if you're leaving early.

- Open the door. Can't be there? A friend or the porter can hand it over, if we arrange it beforehand with you and your residence.

- We come up to your room, bring down the boxes and any bulky items, and take everything.
Step 5
You pay the rest, that same day
At the pick-up, by card or phone, and only for the boxes and items we actually take. We never charge without telling you first.

Back on the day you choose
We bring it back on the day you choose when you book, between 15 August and 30 September. Plans change? Message us and we'll move it. And if you move, we'll take it to the new place.

You book with €20

You pack at your own pace

You go home
You don't have to meet anyone: with the residence's permission, we come in once you've gone. We confirm the pick-up day on WhatsApp.

How to pack a good box
Six tips so it arrives in one piece.

- Build the box and close the bottom with two strips of tape in a cross.
- Heavy things at the bottom, and not too many: books fill half a box, top it up with clothes.
- Fragile things wrapped in bubble wrap, in the middle.
- Fill it to the top: a half-empty box gets crushed.
- Anything valuable, better in a box of its own. And tell us about it on WhatsApp first.
- Close it with the numbered seal. Don't open it again.
What we store
Boxes, and what doesn't fit in one.
If it fits in a box, it counts as a box. If not, it has a fixed price.

When do you bring me the boxes?
After you book, we agree with you on WhatsApp which day we bring them. We bring the number of boxes you tell us (a minimum of 5 if you don't know) plus 2 or 3 extra; the ones you don't use aren't charged. In a Xior residence, you pick them up at reception as you need them.
Can I ask for more boxes?
Yes, at no cost until they're used: you only pay for the boxes you fill and we actually take. Ask on WhatsApp or, in a Xior residence, pick them up at reception.
Do I have to give the boxes back?
No. The boxes are yours: when we bring your things back, you keep them.
Do I have to be there for the pick-up?
Usually you are. If you can't be, a friend or the porter can hand it over, with some exceptions, as long as we arrange it first with you and your residence. We also collect early in the morning or at night if you're leaving early. In a Xior residence there's no need to meet anyone: we come in with the residence's permission once you've gone. If you're not there, you pay the rest with a link we send you.
How long does the pick-up take?
Around an hour door to door. We come up to your room, bring the boxes and any bulky items down, and take everything.
Can I change the pick-up date?
Yes: message us and we'll move it. And if you end up not needing it, you can cancel for free up to 14 days before the pick-up and we refund the €20.
When do I pay the rest?
On the day of the pick-up, and only for what we take: by card or phone, there and then. If you're not there or your parents are paying, we send you a payment link. We never charge without telling you first. And when we bring it back, nothing.
Do I have to download an app?
No. You book on the website, with nothing to download, and choose your delivery date right there. Everything else happens on WhatsApp: we message you at every step.
Can I take something out during the summer?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp which boxes you want and we'll send them to you. We'll quote you the price first, also on WhatsApp.
When do you bring my things back?
On the day you choose when you book, between 15 August and 30 September. If your plans change, message us and we'll change it. We message you on WhatsApp at every step. In a Xior residence you don't need to be there: your boxes are waiting in your room.
Can you bring it to a different address?
Yes. Tell us where you'll live in Madrid and we'll bring it there. If you need it in another city or another country, that's possible too: we'll quote you the price on WhatsApp.
What if I want to leave something after September?
You can leave some boxes with us after 30 September (winter clothes, for example). From October it's charged per month and per box: for example, €12 a month per box in the 5–9 box tier. All the rates are on the prices page.
What happens if something breaks?
Every box has its QR code and numbered seal: if anyone opens it, it shows. Insurance is included and our storage space has 24/7 video surveillance. If you're storing something valuable, tell us on WhatsApp first. And if anything happens, you talk directly to us.
