We pick up at the end of term. In August we store. In September we bring it wherever you tell us. All you do is open the door for us.
Step 01 · Booking
Book online in 2 minutes.
Work out your price with the calculator, pay your 50€ 20€ booking fee and fill in the form. We'll message you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to lock in a date and time.

Step 02 · Pickup
We pick up at your door.
Two of us turn up with extra boxes and packing materials. We collect everything you've already packed and take it to the warehouse. Average time: one hour.

- We number every box with a unique code. We know where each item is at all times.

Step 03 · Return
We bring it wherever you say.
In August we message you to arrange the delivery. Same address, a new one, a different neighbourhood: whatever you need. A 2-hour window, with a WhatsApp heads-up if we're running late.

We cover the whole summer period: all summer long, from pickup until the end of September. If you need a bit more time, just tell us and we'll sort it out.
What if I'm not home on pickup day?
We always coordinate over WhatsApp. Ideally you'd be there, but if you can't, we can pick up with a flatmate or concierge as long as you confirm it to us in writing.
How much does an extra box cost on pickup day?
We have a public price list. Standard extra box, small item of furniture, large item of furniture, packing hour: you'll see it all on the Pricing page and you sign off the breakdown before we charge anything.
Are my things insured?
Yes. You sign a digital contract before pickup with basic cover included. For high-value items we can extend the cover.
What can't you store?
We don't store vehicles, bikes, food, liquids or hazardous materials. The rest of your life in halls, no problem.
What if I move flat in September?
We deliver to whatever address you give us. It's the most common case: 70% of our customers move between summer and the new term.
