3. Description of the Service

The Service does not include the storage of vehicles, bicycles, perishable goods, animals, hazardous substances, cash, jewellery, works of art, original documents, or any item whose possession is prohibited or regulated.
4. Capacity to contract
To purchase the Service, the User must:

- If under 18 years of age, have the express authorisation of their parents or legal guardians, who shall be jointly and severally liable for compliance with these Terms.
- Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information.
- Accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
5. Purchase process
5.1. Booking
The purchase of the Service begins with the payment of a €20 booking fee through the Website. This booking:
- Reserves the User's place for the service of the relevant season.
- Is deducted from the final price of the Service at the time of collection.
- Does not constitute an additional cost, but an advance on the total price.
After payment of the booking, the User will receive a confirmation email. Let's Box It will then contact the User by WhatsApp or telephone to coordinate the details of the Service.
5.2. Coordination of the service
The date indicated by the User in the booking form is approximate and may be amended subsequently at no cost, provided that the time limits set out in clause 8 (cancellation and amendment) are observed. If the User has not yet defined a specific date, they may indicate it at any time at no cost.
Let's Box It will coordinate the following with the User:
- Exact date and time of collection.
- Approximate number of boxes and items.
- Return address (if different from the collection address).
5.3. Collection and final payment
On the day of collection, the Let's Box It team will pack and collect the User's belongings. After verifying the final number of boxes and items, the total price of the Service will be calculated according to the rates in force published on the Website.
Payment of the remaining amount (total price less the €20 booking fee) is made at the time of collection by card or the agreed means of payment.
6. Prices
The prices of the Service are published on the Website and include:
- Professional packing.
- Doorstep collection and return.
- Storage during the summer period.
- Insurance of the stored goods.
- Applicable taxes.
Prices may be updated at any time, but amendments will not affect bookings already confirmed. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time the booking is made.
If the User purchases items or services not included in the standard rate (special furniture, volumes exceeding those anticipated, etc.), Let's Box It will inform the User of the additional price before proceeding and will obtain the User's express agreement.
7. Means of payment
Let's Box It accepts the following means of payment:
- Credit or debit card through the secure payment platform Stripe, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
Let's Box It does not store or have access to the User's full card details. All payment information is transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment services provider.
8. Amendment and cancellation
8.1. Amendment of the date
The User may amend the collection date at no additional cost, by notifying Let's Box It at least 14 calendar days in advance of the date originally indicated. If the User has not yet defined a specific date, they may indicate it at any time at no cost.
8.2. Cancellation by the User
The User may cancel the Service:
- With 14 or more calendar days' notice before the collection date: free cancellation and full refund of the €20 booking fee within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

8.3. Consumer's right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer User has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract (payment of the booking) to withdraw from it without the need for justification, provided that performance of the Service has not begun.

Once 30 calendar days have elapsed from the originally agreed return date without the User having collected their goods or responded to Let's Box It's communications, an additional storage cost will apply, which will be notified to the User in advance.
Once 6 months have elapsed from the agreed return date without a response from the User, Let's Box It may consider the goods abandoned and proceed in accordance with the applicable legislation.
12. Amendments and errors
